Watched traffic to D.I.A's website reduced from 2000+ daily visitors to low two-figure while Myspace evolved into a social network monster including setting benchmarks for the muzik biz in many areas. So for a year DIA-Inc.com was disabled while we pondered what type of cutting-edge site to feature. Leaned towards a Jamroom-type site and although a bit sterile, might still feature one in the future. But dude, we still love the grit of "old-skool" sites for a variant of reasons. One should not really give a pig a bath because it will return to the mud man. So after a year of blatant neglect, we're just gonna integrate DIA-Inc.com with DIA Records (I) - Myspace. This is D.I.A (Diverse Intensified Audio). A universal "Global Rock" agenda is at the CORE. Global Rock is the fusion of two or more genres to create a final sound. For example -- punk-reggae-ska, alternative hiphop-hardcore rock, funk-rock-hiphop, metal-grunge-dub, etc. Global Rock is today's new universal genre. The philosophy is -- there is no Race, Class, Age or Gender. It's about Rhythm, Culture, Respect, Trust, Loyalty, and Total Inclusion for most parts. Not everyone can come through the gate. It doesn't matter if the Global Rock Showcase brand is imitated underground or overground from Ventura - Cali to Wilmington - NC. Actually it is quite flattering to see hedz exploit the concept. It is even more flattering when pillars like Billboard Magazine acknowledged dubbing Global Rock a "...crossbreed..."; June 30, 2005, CNET TV tagged Live Aid Concert "New Global Rock Concert"; and sweeeeet to see music publishing giant BMI bringing a "...Global Rock Scene..." to it's Lollapalooza Stage August 3-5, 2006, in Cicago - IL, USA. D.I.A's "Global Rock" Showcase is the profound muzikal revolution forever on!! Muzik cannot go beyond "Global Rock" on this third rock from the sun. Go twit that to Barbara Walters!
